 We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Shipping costs will be deducted from your total at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges:

 • Exchanges: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange an exchange or offer a refund for the damaged item.

 • Other Returns: For returns not related to damage, each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your order number and reason for the return, and we will assess your request accordingly.
